A buddy of mine took a buck and doe with one shot. They were trotting side by side when he shot and got a mount of the two animals side by side on a single plaque. Looks really nice. Sorry, but I don't have a picture to show.

Best of luck on your search. The first thing I would do is to try and find the bolt. That will let you know if you hit her or not. I hope you did and that you do find her.
