Thanks guys for the support, I will get him to read this post. He is in bad physical shape but he has a lot of heart, he can cock the bow with a crank. I have a brother that got chemical poisoned in Saudia Arabia in the Gulf Wars in the early ninetys, he is disabled, we nearly lost him last year.
My goal this year is to get him a deer with Xbow. We shot my exomag
today and he was more excited then I've saw him in a long time.

I shoot the older model exomag (185 Lb) which is between the exocet and the new exomag so i voted exomag but i am closter to exocet in power.

I put down bagged a buck, but like Doug the Slug I got 6 deer,also a bear last season. Three with xbow, one with muzzle loader, two with shotgun. Shot the bear with 7mmo8 browning BLR.

I already hunt from September (north Carolina) to January (Virginia),
By the time Jan gets here my gung ho is gone. Yes I would get bored.
