Crossbow Action Cam

This is one very cool item for anyone who wants to film their hunt. I purchased one on sale in Spokane and now need to figure out how to mount it to the rail of my Excalibur. I was able to find it all over the web, but didn’t want to wait for the mail. Use the link or google, “Oregon Scientific Acti...

all xbow fanatics, what are we doing everyday?

I was a Union manipulator of burnt clay and terra cotta, (Bricklayer) for 36 years, the last 29 years with a large company in Spokane Washington, two years ago I moved into the office and now I am an estimator/recruiter/trainer. I can pull the plug at anytime, but enjoy what I am doing.

Bolt Case Complete

This is my bolt case, I got it at Cabela’s. It is made by Doskocil, I found in the Binocular department, it is intended for spotting scope case. But I gutted it and started over. I can’t remember how much it cost. It will hold twelve bolts comfortably, but would fit twenty-four bolts in a pinch. It ...

The bolts came from Cabela’s’ with their name on them, I don’t know who makes them for Cabela’s but I ordered a dozen. After they arrive...

Hams

An early welcome to the Bands to you, lots of fun ahead. I am a tech class and do most of my work on 2 meters and some 440. I do have an HF rig but not the class to use it yet, that is in the future also. The group I hunt with all got their ticket for communicating while in the woods. It’s great to ...

Brace Height Question

Advice needed on “Brace Height”. I have shot minimum of sixty bolts out of my new equinox, my factory string has no twist in it. The string has yet to stretch enough to get it between the two marks on the rail, it started out about 3/8” from the mark nearest the trigger, after shooting sixty or so s...

String Removal

I am going to use my crankaroo, i plan to shorten the string on my stringing aid and use the crankaroo to pull the limb back just far enough to remove the string, then install my new Boo String. It should be here this week sometime. I had shoulder surgery two weeks ago and have been shooting my equi...
