Took a spin up to the cabin yesterday. Real nice for this time of year. Brought out the 45lb Hoyt Gamemaster and my 72 beater Grayling Grizzly and some aluminum 2216s helical barred 4 in feathered arrows along. Been a while but, shot each bow about 25 times. Way to go with the hunts, if things get to tuff, get a shorter ladder stand and an easier cocking bow, you'll be good to go for the next 75yrs.....

If the limbs are twisted you can correct them and bring um back, don't use steam because you can delaminate them if you're not careful, try a hair drier and try and twist it back, use gloves because it will get hot, or try running hot water on the limb and twist it back, it will take a few tries, bu...

you say when you decocked it, a big twang when you pull the trigger and the string releases, as in a dry fire? and a deer will jump any noise within ear shot if it's looking towards you or just standing there being attentive.....

you are right about the tag, if I buy a tag for that year, I should be able to use it anytime that year during the spring or fall season
