I just saw this and my first thought is check the plastic nock, we have seen some misfires due to overly slippery plastic rear inserts. It technically can be cocked using a rope cocking aid but its a pretty heavy pull.

OK, we will keep working on this. We may need to change this software completely and go to a new format, this style of forum software is really old and prone to all kinds of issues. We'll keep everybody posted.

We have now done an update to the forum software which should resolve these issue, please let me know if anybody experiences any problem over the next few days.
