The canoe is a sweet way to go. Once on the bank it's up hill to the stand which makes a very easy drag. Van is parked next to the shore. Couldn't get any easier unless she jumped in the canoe and died. LOL

Took a nice 2 YO this morning in Va. 7 yard shot she went 35 yards. Same here Jon in the DC area. It is true that neighborhood deer move to the transit but deer that are pressured will also move to the transit time but they tend to stick to the good cover and there hide outs durring the day light transit times.

Jim I do take a look if you don't already use the navy chart. All the deer I've shot over the past 15 years have been directly correlated to the moon transit. I work a lot and love to hunt so I needed to find a way to hunt see deer and bring them home. I raised my 3 son's on venison. So I know these...

Thats all I have been seeing down in Va are them big squirrels, I hope to see one with horns this weekend.

With the moon the deer moved very early and bedded before 1st light. Then mid day a few deer moved and in the evening my son saw 3 doe's and two small bucks. Yes it was a slow day.

Edwards Ferry is an awesome area. Big Bucks and big doe's.
