Has anyone tried the new Muzzy MX-4. They claim to be more accurate out of higher speed bows due to the short profile.

Michel,
The easiest way is to buy a kit that has everything (spices, cure, casing) you just provide the meat. Here is a link to Con Yeager Spices:

I like the summer sausage and bologna best.

It's pepperoni from Eldon's Sausage. I tried it in the smoker and it added a nice smoked flavor. I was going to make sweet and hot italian sausage but the natural hog casings I got from Bass Pro smelt rotten, even after I soaked and washed them. My favorite sausage though is summer sausage from Con ...

T-Rex, Wilcox in Hampton also sells them, personally I will not shop there though. Their customer service is horrible and knowledge of xbows is limited. Tom the owner tried selling me a string for a carved limb bow insisting it would fit my Exocet 200. Prices are considerably higher also. Chris' Bai...

I just took this sausage out of the smoker, first chunk tasted pretty good. It's even better after it sets up for 24 hours in the fridge. Can't wait to make the fresh stuff.

Vari-zone ???
My Vari-zone mounted on an Exocet 200 shoots 2" high at 40 yards with the speed dial max'ed out at 350 fps (dead on at 20 yards). It was dead on at 40 (at 350 fps) and then I changed my string (black/gray excel) and it shoots even higher. My arrows are Gold Tips with 100 grain field tips, the b...

Lone Wolf, Not trying to start anything, but wasn't the very first deer in gallery one shot by a poacher last year. I seen several articles on how the deer was shot after daylight hours, in fact I think that's a game warden in the picture with the deer. Pretty chessey of the outfitter if my memory i...
