Re: 2117's
If they were the recommended size why did they stop? Carbon? I have been told 2219/2216 are the correct arrow size.

I'm using 2216/2219 shafts, and wondering how short I can go on my arrow. Is 16 inches ok to shoot out of my grizzly cub?

Re: mono-pod or bi-pod?
Save yourself some money and make your own shooting sticks. It's easy and can be made for about 10 bucks.go to you tube and see how many ways there are to make them , I like the one where you use a pursik knot to tie the two sticks together. Fully adjustable and can be used as a walking stick.

Re: Single bevel?
Great advice guys , thanks. I'm allowed to use a xbow the last few weeks of the season, state law. The rear of the time I shoot longbows and recurves and that's why I got the Strickland, my Maine bh is the wensel woodsman but it's fun to try different heads. Anyone use woodsman for their xbows?

Just heard today that they expect the fire to go for months and spread to other provinces. Sad to see, let's hope some heavy rains come that way.

Re: o\t ccw who does it an what do you carry
Ruler LCR 357 with 145 gr win silvertips. Other days it's a Kahr CW9 with a couple tra mags with win black talons or Corbin 115's. Thinking about a glock 19 just for the tra rounds. Extremely disappointed with the g43, what a waste. I do like the glock 29 SF but hate the cost of the ammo.
