They make some very good Halo sights that work well out to 30 yds. Good accuracy easy to see and use.

I use easton alum.2216 and 2219. B'Heads i use Rocket steelheads. Want to try spitfire's and slick tricks and i have new muzzy 4 blade 100 gr. also.

I have just the original dacron string on my carved tip Vixen and shooting my logs, 560 grs. its real quiet. Just ask the 4 pt. Miss Vixen nailed this morning. Never knew she was there til that steelhead hit'em. :D

Sometimes B'Heads don't hit exactly where field pts. hit. So Its always a good practice to shoot a B'head that you plan on hunting with to see if its shooting where you aim. Then you can adjust if needed. I always check mine and always will.

Early in the season, i move mine from 10 am up til 2 pm. Most all of the deer are beded up then!

Try turning your fps ring down to 300 fps and see how it hits. I always sight in at 20 yds. Then go up or down for 30 and 40.
