Today was a great one to be in the woods. The temp finally dipped enough to ensure no mosquitos, and the falling leaves on a crisp Sunday morning made it actually 'feel' like deer season. I had taken my 9 year old son on several blind sits prior to this morning - which were an amazing bonding time. ...

I just ordered my two-stage yesterday too, along with the level. Read a lot of good things about them.

I think this is the year for an upgrade myself. Selling the 5 year old Vortex and getting the 405 by spring. Plus all of the fun accessories - Triggertech, custom Boo string, and Big John arrows....ugh...where's my chequebook?!?!
