Re: removing the adf on a micro

Well I'm going to ruffle a few feathers but I'm going to say this anyway! The Excalibur company designed the ADF for a reason(s). If it came installed on the crossbow it should stay on the bow. IMO, if it is removed and a dry fire occurs, with limb damage or other damage, would you make a claim for ...

Wyvern Creations Deal ?

I just finished looking at the Wyvern site. They had the Matrix 355 BARE BOW for $659.95. This sounds like a good deal to me. If I had the $$$ I would get one. Would You ?

Re: Best place to buy Excalibur in Michigan?

Sam: Welcome to the forum. Hope everything works out with your Excal bow purchase. There should be an instruction DVD that is in the bow package. Also a lot of instruction videos on the Excalibur site. Be sure to purchase a string aid for adjusting brace height. The Excal bows are VERY accurate and ...

Re: Hello everyone. Another newbe grasshopper.

Welcome! I was in the same situation as you. When I gave up my wheeled crossbow I knew the ONLY bow I wanted was an Excalibur. For 3 years I researched and chose the Matrix 380. My Dear wife bought it for me. That said, I am the same age as Bubba. I limit myself from 20 to 25 shoots per practice ses...

Trouble for Deer/Turkey

I was sitting on my deck late Saturday evening glassing deer in my horse pasture and noticed all the deer looking up the field. I looked in that direction and saw a large coyote sneaking towards the deer. I hurried in the house and got my rifle but it got to dark to locate the yote. I usually have a...

Re: Things to "quiet down" our X-bows...

I used material that you put in tool chest drawers. it is slip resistant. Cut to fit and than wrapped "horse leg wrap" around it. The horse wrap clings to itself for a secure tight fit. I also used the drawer material inside my rail. It worked for me, all though I can't hear very well. I j...

I use a rifle sling. I remove it when I get to my plot. Carry my quiver on my pack.

Re: Which kind of case do you use for your Excalibur?

I made a case out of Wood. Heavy Duty. Safe place to store my bow. I carry my bow to my food plot shooting house. Only a 125 yd. walk from my house.
