Here is a picture of my Phoenix with the STS system on it. I think they made a very noticable difference in the setup. I can hear the metal arrow holder clank as it is being shot even though I put heat shrink on it. I would recomend it to everyone. No matter what you do you're not going to get all t...

Actually that is my sister in-law in the shorts and my son without the shirt. We have had some beautiful weather here over the past week with temps in the mid 60’s during the day which is why we got outside shooting yesterday. VixChix I have always encouraged my wife to go hunting and fishing with m...

She use to go deer hunting with me all the time until she just got to where she couldn't get around in the woods very well anymore. She has been on dialysis for the past 11 years and it has taken it's toll on her. She got out with me this past season helping track a little and I could tell she reall...

Question about Goldtip Laser II

I am wanting to re-do some of my shafts and put wraps and blazer vanes on a few of them but I am having problems getting the GT Laser wrap that is on them off. Other than spending several hours scraping them off is their an easier way to remove them?

I think I have created a monster! My wife bless her heart, has not shared my enthusiasm over my crossbow purchase…..until today. I talked her into shooting my Phoenix this afternoon for the first time. She has never shot a crossbow before and was kind of skeptical about it. After sighting the crossb...

Welcome, I think you will enjoy this forum as much as I do. I have also recently joined this forum and have found it invaluable in information. You will also find no better people to talk with and gather information from than on here. I purchased the Phoenix about a month ago and absolutely love mine.

I'm trying a new broadhead for Turkey this year. I like the looks and the damage it does to the bird is awsome. Has anyone tried them yet? I orderd 6 from Ebay today and hope they will be here by the middle of next week. http://i154.photobucket.com/albums/s270/theoldarcher/LOGO.jpg http://i154.photo...

Ok, maybe I have missed something here, Kenton you are basically saying that since crossbows are so easy to shoot without having to put the time and effort of countless hours spent on a range to become proficient with it (which is BS) and that anybody can just go into a store, buy one and be hunting...

I will be trying to take all three birds with my Phoenix this year. Where I will be hunting will be inside the city limits where I live and no firearms are allowed. It gives me a good excuse to hunt with my Phoenix all season. During deer season I found several good spots where they roost and feed a...

Need some advice on stabilizer mounts

I am thinking about putting a double or even a single stabilizer mount on my Phoenix, I got in contact with Excal and they said they didn’t sell the stabilizer directly that I would have to get in touch with a dealer to get it. Any suggestions on whom I would need to get in contact with and how much...
