I love my anti-dry fire just make sure it is clean and lube it and see if that helps before calling them

I think wood arrows if you pick the right ones are plenty strong enough . The problem is the nock end would need to be covered with something so it would not split and they need to be straight enough to lay flat on the rail and you would have to keep a very close eye on this . I have mine in a small zippered pouch on the right side of the stock attached with two screws it works great and i always have it and it is never in the way.

I put a small zippered pouch on the right side of my stock to hold my rope cocker so i always have it, i wish they would come out with something like that .

Catpower i have the Burris fastfire the problem is right at dark it will go off and have no dot i thought i might try and put a sight light on it and see if that would help

Excaliburs can get pushed off safety very easy i had it happen more than once when walking into a stand , so i made a guard that covers both sides of the safety but you can still get to the safety easy and it has not happened in three years . I would like to see them come this way new.

After awhile the shrink tubing will get a hole in it from the arrow and can catch your fletching i pulled mine off , not worth the trouble.
