Gary-I believe its 75 for xbows. from the Ohio website [Prohibited activities] "Hunt deer with a longbow having a draw weight of less than 40 pounds, or with a crossbow having a draw weight of less than 75 pounds or more than 200 pounds". http://www.dnr.state.oh.us/wildlife/Hunting/huntreg...

I string jig is great if you want to learn how to tie your own strings (I do commercially but I use flemish excalibur strings on my crossbows-I tie my own recurve, compound and AUSBOW strings though)

for RESERVING your own crossbow string you really don't need one

it is simple to do

hard to say-I buy the license and various tags-about 60 bucks. A bottle of cover scent is 10 bucks. I get the broadheads cheap and do three every couple years. I buy a new ladder stand every few years since I tend to leave mine up for a few months and while I clean the rust off, I just replaced my o...

that stuff is best served TIGHT-cavalier or BEITER winder (very good and Best respectively)

better solution is to cut them off, deburr them and put a 2213 INSERT in . You might get some premature wear on the string. (I know who you are) :D

NO you have the flemish twist string which is stronger and lasts longer than the standard endless loop string. Danny picked me a really good trigger because I used this bow to shoot some TNC hunter class tournaments-I believe I won the 2002 or 2003 national postal with it. you can tell the flemish t...

It should serve you well-I have killed several deer with it and never had it fail. I replaced it with a current model (mostly so that customers can try out the bow I will sell them). I never felt like I needed any more power for anything I hunt in Ohio. The string should last a while too but I think...

more detail 22/64 outside diameter (aluminum US arrows all are measured this way) .19/1000 of an inch wall thickness increasing either number increases spine of the arrow/bolt a 2216 and a 2117 spine out basically the same-the first would be better for target work since it will give you a 1/64th inc...

assuming you COCKED The bow correctly no big deal. better to measure the tiller though-the distance between the limb and the string at a consistent point-if there is a difference you might have a problem though I have never seen it with an excalibur/ shoot it a few times and see if the serving trues...
