Is it stuck into the channel and fitting in such a way it contacts the sides so friction is holding it in ?
or is it resting on top touching the rail and very stiff but not wedged into the channel ?
thanks.

Sharek ; I would have cause to doubt the statistical evidence you quoted... I beleive you would find that the mere showing of a weapon without pulling the trigger stops thousands of crimes yearly...criminals who are shot at or shot and not killed do not seek medical attention and are likely underrep...

I agree with griz. he spoke my heart. as to whether the victim/perpetrator would win; i seriously doubt it.. in civil law it is a defense that the perpetrator or victim invited or reasonably should have expected the outcome... like jumping before a speeding auto to force it to stop... assumption of ...

you giving the phoenix away ? that old nasty out of date stock, and all.. practically worthless..
I prefer the pistold grip stocks just cause the spacing of the other stock to the trigger : a little long and wide it seems kind of thick around there.

Just try to see that it is not too shiny, and it needs to be larger than you would think was sufficient... I have a chair blind that had to be returned for a two man two chair blind cause it was too small for one guy to use, period..
