Re: SAD Too Week To Draw My Micro 355
My 405 was a "bear" to pull back but seemed to be easier in the tree-stand after shooting a deer. I bought the C2 crank and never looked back. Now that I have the bulldog model the charger crank does all the work. I feel more confident with the shot as I now the process to bring the string...

Re: Greetings from New Brunswick, Canada
Welcome to the forum. I use the search function to find out a lot of good information about any topic related to xbows, bolts, etc. Great choice on the xbow, Excalibur's customer service goes above and beyond.

Re: Time for a new bow...
I bought a BD380 to back up my M405. Now the M405 is my back up xbow. The BD is easier to cock; with the addition of the charger crank I can do it quietly now. The BD is easier on the serving as well. If I were going to buy a micro it would be the Assassin. I liked the trigger, internal crank, and a...

Re: Bluetooth nocks
Maybe in 5-10 years they will get the price down and then the market might be able to support a product like this. Until then I don't see them flying off the shelf. Great concept though; I have two bolts in the woods I never could find.

Re: Sighting in Diablos off a bench (frustrating)
My BD380 shoots the Zombies accurately too. They are my go to bolt now. Getting ready to drop a Triggertech single stage trigger in the 380. Added the HHA optimizer last month. That is like the "icing on the cake." It all starts with a bow, then the bolts next thing you know your putting a...

That is awesome! My great aunt used to fry the breast for breakfast, along with gravy and biscuits; you can't beat it.

Victory Archery Voodoo Arrows
Just bought some off amazon- they had them on sale. They are 22 inch with flat nocks. Anyone shooting them? What are your thoughts. I sent Victory Archery an email as the 9/32 field points don't sit flush. Looks like I will be ordering some 17/32 or 17/64 so I can shoot them in my target without too...

Re: Sighting in Diablos off a bench (frustrating)
I like using my Caldwell Led Sled when shooting on my portable bench. First time shooting I could not believe I was shooting the same hole out to 40 yards- Excalibur had me at hello. You enjoy your xbow now just wait until you start filling your tags with it. It only gets better.

It's dry here in southeast Missouri; send down my way if you want me to break it in for you.

High or Low brace height
Do you recommending shooting a high or low brace height? I have read a lot of posts where the advice is to shoot 1/4inch off the bumpers. But I notice the owner's manuals say- for the matrix 1/2 to 1 inch. Will it matter if you keep your string 1/2 inch or 1 inch? It would seem performance would inc...

Re: Silent Raffle for UPSMAN! Win a 360 TD!!!!
$25 per ticket, limit of 200 sounds good; but whether it's 20 or 25 its a win win situation for the family being blessed. Count me in I will look for further instructions. Excalibur- you went above and beyond that is awesome.

Not only do you shoot the best crossbow. You use the best, in my opinion, chain saw. I love my farm boss- it eats trees like no other.

Great shooting. Have you tested if spine/indexed bolts make a difference at 50 yards or less?

Trophy Rock time
With the weather like it is in Missouri (warm then cold, lots of rain) I am going to put some trophy rocks out this week. Anyone else putting them out this early?
