Anybody shot the 4 Blade cut on contact Muzzy Phantom 100 or 125 grn Broadhead through their crossbow? It looks like it would be a very deep penetrating Broadhead. Just wondering about flight characteristics.....

Can you shoot the Diablo Arrows out of the Vixen? I know the Diablos are shorter arrows just wondering if they could be shot from the Vixen and what type performance could one expect

Well I pulled the trigger, I'm getting a Vixon II.

I am wanting a custom wood stock on my newly purchased Vixon II, if you make stocks or have a stock from a maker please feel free to post some pics of your stocks here. Thanks.

I am really looking hard at the Vixen II, if I do purchase one I am going to utilize the Var-Zone Scope and the Fast Flite String. Just wondering the thoughts from veteran owners of the Vixen. I have a self imposed limit of 40 yards on hunts I will be hiking with the bow 2 to 3 miles back in the bus...

Crossbow Exomax - 52 yards
Rifle Weatherby 7mm - 300 yards
Flintlock Lyman 54 cal. - 45 yards

I experienced "Bang Flop" with both long guns, but had a extensive tracking job on the 52 yard Exomax harvest. I now limit all my archery shots to 40 yards maximum. Just a personal choice

I came across these pics of my last Bow Hunt and well I had forgotten how devastating the Wasp Jac- Hammers performed.

This is a old thread but one I am fond of because it is how I have always hunted. I had to take off for a little over a 1 year, but am looking forward to hitting the Swan Creek WMA and the Black Warrior WMA here in northern Alabama

Not sure about arrow damage, but I purchased 3 packs from different retailers and the blades were very dull in all 3 packs
