Re: Broadheads for moose
There are many great broad heads out there. I just returned from South Africa where I shot Kudu, Warthog, Blue Wildebeest, Nyala and Blesbok all with my Excalibur Exocet. All were one shot kills, short blod trails (except the Warthog) and all with SLICK TRICK 125 gr. Magnums. I'm new to the crossbow...

String & Serving Wax
Newby here..I just received some new "standard" strings for our Excalibur Exocet from Danny Miller. (Wow fast service and great price) and now I need to find out how best to take care of the string. String I've been reading through a bunch of posts on here and assume I'm ok to use the same...

I need a string Re-served
Who should I send my Excalibur Exocet Crossbow sting to, to get it reserved?
The string (factory) is in great shape but the serving has separated where the string claws hold it.

Who needs field tips.
My wife’s new Black Eagle Executioners from South Shore Archery were delivered yesterday so the minute I got home from work I went out to shoot them. I screwed field tips on three of them and started sighting her Exocet 200 in for these bolts with are slightly heavier. After getting them dialed in a...

Re: Third Hand Rag Bags
They work like a charm. I have one and it stops my Exocet 200 with no problem. One suggestion is don't use any plastic, use only cloth. I had half mine stuffed with a plastic bag off a new mattress. But the plastic grips the arrows and bolts, so I finally removed it and replaced it with old clothes.

Re: Xbow case, nessaseary evil
I'm just glad your xbow didn't ditch you, and start shooting people like the liberals here think our guns are going to do.
Don't forget to post some pics of the bull you get. Man that sounds fun.

Lumenok / Black Eagle Executioner Question
I'm ordering a dozen BE Executioners Monday from Jerry at Southshore and plan to run some lumenoks on them.
Do I need to add weight to the front inserts since the lumenok (30 gr) outweighs the aluminum flat nock (20 gr) by 10 gr?

nevermind, I just figured it out and feel really stupid. I was not bringing the string back over the scope into the notch. It's been a long day.

question about my c-2 crank cocking aid
I just got my Excalibur Exocet 200 today from UPS. the guy I bought it from also included an Excalibur c2 crank cocking device. the cross bow and crank cocker look brand new and no damage. but I'm having problems with the c-2 crank cocking device. which really look self explanatory. it hooks on the ...
