Info on the MNR site is a little vague. If anyone has any insite into the status of the fires it would be apprecia...

Why not just switch to the gobbler getter, NAP. It would fly the same as your spitfires and have more of a target point to stop the pass through.

This was the first year I applied to the lottery and have to admit it is quite disappointing to be told in the registration process that my licence fee was just donated without a chance at a tag. I applied as a group and we are hoping that one of the six are "lucky" in the lottery. When re...

Understanding the turkey

I'm hoping you all can help me with some turkey education. . . This is my first season in the turkey woods and have enjoyed every minute of it. My concern is that I haven't heard a gobble since last Thursday when a trespasser shot a bird I was working and then disappeared. :x I have heard hens yelpi...

I'm newly registered on the forum but have been viewing as a guest for a while. You all are great and have excellent advise for a new hunter like myself. My brother took this 21 1/2 pound gobbler with 8 " beard and 1 1/16" spurs on public land May 1st. http://s83.photobucket.com/albums/j30...
