I too plan on launching a braodhead through Tommy three toes... Will try first with the exocet...never shot one with archery yet :-) If all else fails, I'd like to be able to use the 870 wingmaster my dad gave me. It was his favourite shotgun. Bought it in 1967, but will give it an honest go first w...

One sure sign that spring has sprung is the number of Timmy's roll up the rim cups laying along side the road

I put out the 40 lb blocks that either sit on a flat rock or I'll pound a steel pipe into the ground so the block is 3' of the ground. I usually put out 1/2 dozen or so, but the snow is still too deep for the atv to travel. I was out on Saturday and because it is melting, the snow won't carry the we...

I met both these gentlemen last year and they seemed very much in person as they do on their show. Real credit to sportsmen. Enjoyed talking with them about hunting.

But I will, if I have to. And in that, I believe I speak for a multitude of Americans. - Grizz, I fully agree & support your comments. I'd go so far as to say for the most of us on this forum I believe you could add " Canadians" to your last sentence. I know not all, but a good percent...

I believe that the analogy behind this is strictly safety. Yes a hunter needs to 100% identify his target before shooting, however if that was followed every time, then there would be no need for hunter orange at all. I know that during our rifle season, there are times that I'll jump on my atv and ...

Actually got into mine at my hunt camp 5pm this evening. -17c and was getting a little chilled after trying to call in a coyote, so I grabbed a piece of birch bark , some dead twigs for kindling and out came my fire starter and I keep a sandwich bag in my backpack that has a few of my wife's cotton ...

It makes a huge difference if the deer is calm and unaware of you, or if it's wired for sound. I personally love having the deer up so close and unaware, that your afraid they're going to hear your heart beat through your chest. To me that's what bow hunting is all about.

There is a reason why they're called "Bell India", and it's not for their good service.

Xbow Kennys cusom strings

Guys, Just a quick note to let you know how pleased I was with dealing with this man. I contacted Kenny via a pm and asked a few questions regarding his custom strings. He replied very quickly with answers to all my questions. I ordered a string with attached cat wiskers in the colours that I wanted...
