Re: Staying warm while hunting (sitting)
I have heard of guys using boot blankets with foot warmers. With a couple pair of good warm socks they take their boots OFF and put their feet in the boot blanket with the warmers.

Give Jerry a call down in Florida. His arrows are tough to beat.

Re: Long range shooters
I'm working to extend my hunting range another 5 yards or so . I've been shooting at 65 yards ( that's not what I'll shoot a deer at) from field positions . Pretty much 1-2 inches left to right but from 1 inch high to up to 4 inches low . I have a Tac-zone scope and I think my eye wonders to the po...

Re: leupold 1-4X20 vs 2-7X33
Just ordered a VX2 2X7X33 duplex rifle scope for my Bulldog 380 from optics planet. Just did not want to spend the $$$$ for the VXR Leupold scope. It should work great in the early morning and late evening hunts. I also got two dozen Spinal Tapps coming from Jerry in Florida. Hopefully it serves me ...

Re: leupold 1-4X20 vs 2-7X33
Does the 2-7 provide a much larger field of view at say 30 - 40 yards than the 1-4? thanks again alan I am no scope expert by any means. I have and use the 2 x 7 scope. I love it on my 355. I am actually kicking around getting the 2 x 7 VXR for my Bulldog. I copied the following information from Le...

Re: Whitetail Rut 2017
I have been lucky enough to have vacation time every year for the first two weeks of November. That is the last two weeks of PA.'s first archery season. I have found that good rut, bad rut, new moon, no moon, rain, wind, good weather etc. It is all about getting out there.

Re: stringing aid snapped
This is my stringer that I served in the middle. I was a little paranoid about the claws damaging the rope.

Re: Which Height Warne Rings?
I use medium height Warne rings with a Leupold 2x7x33 shotgun scope on my 355 Excalibur and have had no issues.

Re: Bulldog 380 thru chrono
Every thing I have been reading on this forum says they work fine in the bulldogs. You should not have a problem. Took a pic of the trigger area when I first got the bow. The long silver standoff is for the stock screw. Looks simple enough to swap out. If you do it let us know what you think. I beli...

Re: Bulldog 380 thru chrono
My stock trigger did not last long in my 355. I just had to try a trigger tech. Got the two stage and it was night and day. The bulldog trigger is not bad, I can live with it. But knowing how good a trigger tech is it is going to be tough not putting one in. Maybe later in the year when funds are be...

Re: Bulldog 380 thru chrono
I love it. I do not shoot offhand without it. For bench shooting I take it off and attach a bipod.Square_hammer wrote:Nice looking bow NEPA. How do you like the vertical front grip?
