Re: New Matrix Bulldog 380 vs Matrix 380
You should shoulder and take a few shots with both of them if possible . That will give you a good idea of which one to get. My Bulldog is very similar to my Matrix 355 in size. It is nice and balanced. It actually feels lighter than the Matrix 355 upfront. Was it worth the extra $ to upgrade? Prob...

Re: ? for leupold vx-r users
I am looking to get one of the VXR scopes, I am just not sure what reticle to get. I am leaning towards the BDC reticle I have pictured above. Thanks

What Gene said, plus a good set of allen wrenches, and a stringing aid. Also, if you got one, another crossbow. Good Luck hunting!

Re: New Years Excalibur wish list
An in house Excalibur Custom Shop would be a great option. Give the people what they want and make some bucks doing it.

Whatever they use on the archery talk/crossbow talk web site is the best. Straight off the pc, tablet, phone etc. Eliminate the middle man.

Have you tried any of the Drstirrup products to try and quiet your bow?

Bulldog limb tip
I was shooting my new Bulldog 380 today and glanced at my limb tip and said oh oh. Took me a little bit to realize it was just the camo dip.

Re: Width??? Has it been a problem?
I have never had an issue with width. I used to own a Vortex and killed deer with it with no issues. I did however sell it to buy my 355. I now prefer the width of the Matrix style crossbow to the older style wider limb models.

Early Christmas gift Bulldog 380
Got a great deal on a gently used Bulldog 380 from Crossbow Talk. My wife and daughter said Merry Christmas and make sure it is under the tree Christmas morning :D First thing I did was put it together which was easy and straight forward. Noticed immediately how nice and balanced it is. It is better...
