Hey Butt, congrats on the new Exocet, I am sure you will love it. With the speed restrictions for 3D I would think that if you use the 2117-2216 bolts with 100gr heads you should be right around the 300fps mark, and you will not have to change anything when hunting season starts.

As Woodman has pointed out I would go with either a 2213 or the Gold Tip Laser 2 Carbons cut down to 18" for the Vixen. I personaly would recomend the Carbons because they are stronger than the 2213 and will not bend the same, even though they are almost the same weight and size they also seem ...

the Beamans are ok but they are heavier than the Gold Tip Laser 2. If Tman is looking for soming that is the same or close to the GTL RJ is right the 2213 are very close.

I have relatives that live up there and I us to be up there all the time when I was was in high school, I had a few guys that I use to hunt with up there.
