I have had the orange Bock for crossbows for about a year. Once you put a couple hundred shots into it, the arrows start to pull out much easier. It is standing up quite well to field points but broadheads put a serious beating on it. I do almost all of my practicing with field points and shoot a co...

I believe my bow must have been made in 2001 as it has 15.5" draw length, cast riser, and mag tip limbs.

Given the fact it has two brace lines and the mag tips, you are talking about a 200# bow.

There was two poundages. The early carved tip limb type was 185# and the newer mag tip limb type was 200#. To know for sure, measure the length of draw. 16" for 185 and 16.5" for 200.

My friend has the full rut and if you turn the block insert, it will give you vital location for an elevated shot.

Stringing the Vixen or the Equinox will be the same as all of the Excal hunting bows have the same limbs. Only length of draw is different and since you are not drawing the bow, there will be no difference stringing either bow manually.

Bring it to the cottage. I just might want to compare it to my PD30 at 220 lumens
Sounds like another midnight target practice!

I've seen that bow before somewhere.
I guess the fog had lifted before I made it over to the island.

I am in the same boat. I lost the use of my right hand permanently. I have a crakaroo but find it too slow for practice. I made a tiny modification to the butt plate so that I can use a rope cocking aid with one arm. I picked up the instructions for it on the main excalibur web page under the Freque...

I have to believe it could be the arrows or some other problem. As some of you have seen, I cock my bow using the cocking aid but having only one hand to cock it with, I am only pulling the rope from one side. I have found that this has had no affect on accuracy. To add to what Doe master said about...
