Re: Ever Forget Something...
Broadside,
your post has something wrong with it. are you using an avatar? if not check with the moderator to see what can be done as it is the same as others using huge avators. Your text is way on the right side and nothing but an "x" on the left. thanks

Re: O/T Who makes a toasty warm parka?
I still think you should get on ebay.com and do a search on "extreme cold weather". They are US Government army issue for below -zero temps. They may not be camo but you can get a parka, pants, and hood for about $100 bucks. Most are brand new and I have never got cold when I hunted up nor...

Re: Ever Forget Something...
years ago I started keeping all my "accessories" in a small bag so I wouldnt forget anything next time I hunted. After awhile, I had to get a bigger bag. Soon after, I had to get an even bigger bag. Now my bag to too big for me to carry so I end up just taking a few things in a smaller bag...

Re: tree stand accident update
Thats terrible! 20 years ago I climbed into a homemade ladder stand and before I could sit down it collasped. Been in a wheelchair ever since. Anybody who hunts form a stand and doesnt wear a harness is just plain stupid! back then they didnt have saftey gear, now there is no excuse!

Re: treebark camo scope cover...who has them?
you could probably make one. I have an old pair of coveralls that are 30 years old or better. I could send them to you if you want to make a scope cover. just takes a bit of sewing and some elastic. I really doubt you will find any ready made.

Re: treebark camo scope cover...who has them?
I might be wrong about not making the treebark pattern anymore. I did a search on ebay for "treebark" and found a few items out there including a crossbow case in that pattern. http://cgi.ebay.com/33-x-41-Treebark-Camo-Cross-Bow-Case_W0QQitemZ390128297708QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain...

Re: treebark camo scope cover...who has them?
there are alot of camo scope covers on ebay, but I doubt you will find anything in the old treebark pattern. I havent seen that pattern in 10-20 years. I dont even think they make it anymore. You can always make your own from an old pair of camo. Closest I found were these: http://cgi.ebay.com/Camo-...

LARGE AVATARS
Would it be improper to ask these people with large avatars to fix them? afterall, they have had plenty of time to get it done already. I think it degrades the look of this forum. Can the site administrator do anything about this? Waduthink?

Re: Automatic Crossbow
I like his "fire for effect" technique. Slings them out there pretty fast but no way to aim. He will have something with a auto-laser site.
