That bear might be like one of thesebears. They are from a small area near Siberia, from the grizzly bear family only substantially larger.

Don

Here's a link to TenPoint's online Owners Manual with info on brace height for their Recurve crossbows. They do not use brace height marks on the barrel. Brace height must be measured with a ruler.

Ten Point sell a bowfishing rig that works for crossbows. I believe it will mount to an Ecal as easily as it does to a Ten Point. Comes with line, arrow, head; everything you need

You can contact Wyvern as he carries them

Congratulations to your daughter. Brings back memories of when my youngest son joined up. Now he's a Warrant Officer in charge of an anti terroist team, with 8yrs to go before retirement!

Damn we get old fast. :? Seems like just last week I was teaching by boys how to shoot!

Cut a piece of 1x2" wood and put in under the foam (wedge it in) on one side of the case. Place the guns so when you close the case they will rest on the wood cross member and not slide down.

Last fall I shot a large (127lb dressed) doe at 22yds with an XX75 2219 arrow that weighs 396grs plus the 125gr 3 blade Muzzy. Shot from a 175lb Horton Legend. I got complete pass through and , at the time I didn't realize it, passed completely through another fair sized doe (103lbs dressed) that wa...

I appreciate the info from everyone. I've been doing some research on the limbs and also a bit of experimenting. I can draw the string back over an inch farther than is needed to lock in the trigger mechanism so I don't forsee a problem by adding 1" to the draw length/power stroke. I believe th...

I use a very thin rubber O ring between the tip and the arrow. When tightening the tip the O ring compresses and creates tension on the threads so the tip does not come loose. They do not add any noticeable weight nor effect the accuracy or speed.

My bow is't a compound It a 10 Point Curve. The draw weight and power stroke are standard. I am thinking of extending the length from the front-end to the stcok by 1 inch which wil give me an inch longer power stroke. I'm trying to calculate what the gain in FPS and draw weight wil be.

The conotation that the crossbow anti's give the word "BOLTS" is quite detramental to crossbow users. Most crossbow users refrain from calling the arrows bolts so as not to set any distinguishing things for the anti's to use. Even though the dictionary defines "bolt" as an ARROW ...
