Thanks chris, I will keep that in mind, Ive also heard that looking at the bears head you want a bear that looks like its ears are smaller...if the ears look large in proportion to its head you are likly looking at a young bear. also a long pointed snout= young bear, short broad snout=older animal. ...

Thanks Farmer Paul, Looks are only skin deep, i like the stock for its natural camo, almost looks like a leapard type pattern. Sorry, didnt login again. Skeeter the first stock i did took me over 23 hrs, but ive learned a thing or two about how to get them done faster and repeatability is very good. It now takes me about an 4 or 5 hrs start to finish, provided the wife doesnt make me do to many honey do type things :lol: :s...

JOHNBUCK9, i have the stock set up to use a rope cocker. the crankaroo wont work with the recoil pad, cheek pc combo.

By the way Guys, if you dont want the wait to get a wood stock Dan Miller is stocking them now ------ no wait :D well just shipping unless he runs out of stock.

I have been using a 2.5 x 10 x 42mm tacticle mil dot set at 5 power. Gives me 9 aim points in 5 yrd increments. Small dots alow better shot placement, still have my varizone set up on the second emag. Like both scopes really well.
