Quivers

Post by ENYAW »

Good morning . I bought a sling the other day for my Emax and tryed it out, it doesn't work very well because of the quiver. Is there an other place on the bow I can mount it, or should I get another kind.I also thought of trying to adapt it to a belt , any ideas? Thanks--Wayne

I use a Vista Hombre hip quiver and belt as the bow quiver was in the way, if you want the quiver on the bow, see Dan Miller for a top mounted quiver, they work pretty well also, the quiver does not obscure the peep sights or the scope using Dan's mount.

I put styrofoam down the tubes, stops the rattle and keeps the broadheads from losing their edge. 8) :)

I tried attaching my Kwikee Kwiver to my Exomag but just did not like it. Since I really like the Kwikee I adapted mine so that I could use it on a belt. I used a really stiff piece of nylon web belt, several thicknesses, sewn with a belt loop and then attached the quiver mounting bracket to the strap. See pic's below.

Works for me.

Huntin 1-- I like that, that is kind of what I had in mind. I wonder if it would be a plus if at one point it could swivel either at the belt or where the quiver bracket was attached.--Thanks much--Wayne

Yeah, I've thought that it would be better if it swiveled, just haven't figured out how to do it yet.
