coating peel

i have a exocet200 i bought in august, on one of the limbs , the coating is cracking a peeling off, does anyone know why. thanks

Where on your limbs is the paint peeling?

There has been a bit of this happening the last 2 or 3 years though I have not had it happen to any of the 15 Excals that I have owned. Give Excal an email or a call at their toll free # and they'll answer any questions you have.

I too noticed this on one of my Paradox limbs.It looks like spots of the finish is lifting.I do recall a post awhile back that asked this question and the answer was that it is not a troblem,but for me I don't feel comfitible with it.When I show off my great x-bow I hope no-one notices the spots.
