great Tenpoint customer service to an Excalibur shooter

Post by coyotesniper »

:D I have an Excalibur Exocet 200. Had seen a couple Xbows w/ a tenpoint steddy eddy rest. I already had a stoney point monopod. I e-mailed Tenpoint and talked to Randy.( he is the national sales manager) All I wanted is the parts to convert my monopod to a steddy eddy. He answered all my emails and located the parts I wanted. He said to give him my phone number and he would call the next morning. He called first thing.
Thats what I call GREAT service. I had told him I have an Excalibur, and he said they also make a GREAT Xbow. THANKS

I got a Steddy Eddy for one of my Vixens. I lost a couple of ball bearings from the quick disconnect and I asked Randy if he could send me a couple of bearings to replace the ones I lost. Randy took my address and sent a complete quick disconect the next day, and he knew I had it on an Excalibur.

Another vote for Randy at Tenpoint. I've emailed numerous questions and he not only responds quickly but goes out of his way to help out. He's a real asset to the crossbow community.

I've never seen one of those. What's a steddy eddy used for?

Partikle, Its a new product by Ten Point. Its a mono pod you place against your body to steady your xbow. It can also be used like a regular mono pod if your sitting in a blind or kneeling to shoot a target.

I think the Steddy Eddy is a great accessory. I had a minor stroke a few years ago that left my left side weak and hard to hold the xbow steady, this does hold it on target whether its a foamy or a real deer.
