The WOODEN "World Record Whitetail"

Post by Woody Williams »

FROM ANOTHER SITE.....

This is a life size totally WOODEN carving of a whitetail buck.

One word- BEAUTIFUL!!

HIS POST....

Just thought I would throw this out there so you guys could see this. Some had asked that I post a photo when it was completed. Hand carved out of tupelo gum and basswood. Painted with acrylics. Tree is carved. Everything is 'made'. Dirt is kitty litter crushed up. Leaves and grass are made from brown paper grocery sacks. So what do ya think THIS one would score! Created to smoke the World's Record. And no it's not Photoshopped!!!! Took me 1 year to complete working full time. Actually more than full time. Have a guy possibly interested in the Grand Slam of sheep now. That'll take a little while.
