Welcome to the forum!

Guess you have a lot in common with many of us here!
Sounds like you're set up with a good combination of equipment, so now it's just a matter of practicing and waiting for hunting season. If you have much bowhunting experience you'll probably be standing over that gutpile before long, and you'll probably wonder why you didn't try a crossbow sooner.

Welcome and congrats on an Excalibur crossbow Gutpile :)

Now, one question... are you the same Gutpile I know that plays Deer Hunter computer games?

Welcome Gutpile. I have learned alot just reading here. Getting ready for Turkey season here and I am thinking about trying the Excal on an old Tom. Let my kids use the shotgun and make it fun for us all. :D
If you keep a child in the woods and off the streets, I won,t have to deal with them when they grow up.

Hello Gutpile.....I know how you feel as I am new to the group also , but I noticed everyone here is friendly and helpful. I"ve been hunting with stick bows and compounds for quite sometime , but now it's time to go to a XBOW.
I'll be getting my new Excalibur Exocet 200 at the end of this month and I'm looking forward to this adventure.........ENJOY !!!!!!!!! BOB
