Martin fletching jig
Does anyone use a Martin Fletching jig? I cannot figure out how to index the bolt. I checked Martin's site and do not see any thing that would accomodate a shaft without a nock.
I am not totally up with this fletcher, but I believe that it is like most others that require a knock. Take a target point and glut a knock onto it then screw it into the the back end of the arrow. After fletching, just remove the target point and your ready to go.
Hope this helps.
Hope this helps.

As the posts above mention, glue one field point inside one nock, and screen it on your bolts.Boo wrote:Does anyone use a Martin Fletching jig? I cannot figure out how to index the bolt. I checked Martin's site and do not see any thing that would accomodate a shaft without a nock.
About the quality of martin fletching jig, I am using one, but I don't like it.
Take a little more money and buy one better, like the Bitzenburger jig. I am having problems with the martin on the space between the vanes. The martin jig are not putting the same space between the vanes. Its a pain to fletching a perfect way.
I'm all for gun control. To me, gun control is putting 2 bullets in the same hole... UNCLE TED
