Post by navaman »

does anyone out there know the weight of horton's 17" aluminum bolts. i'm trying real hard to get the recommended excalibur minimum weight of 325 grains for the vixen to reach the velocity of 285 fps. thanks

I wounder why you want to use horton bolts. I have not be able to get them to shoot stright. I bought a dozen for a friend when he bought his horton , their were only 3 or 4 out of the 12 that would hit the mark at 20 yards. All the others were 1" to 3" off. To me their not worth the money and inferior.
