It has 2 sets of rubber holders, so it holds the bolts in tighter. They sure don't come loose. Plus instead of the quick release lever, it's now a screw type thing, so you loosen it and pop she comes off.

I think they do. I got that package with my Phoenix back in late January or early February, anyway, the quiver I got in the package had the screw "thingy", and two sets of rubber holders. Tye's right, it really holds the arrows tight.
