I am the new Executive Director of The Kingston Thunder Baseball Association.

In case anyone wants to check out what we do.
The other association in our city has been doing everything they can to get rid of us this year. Complaint after complaint has gone to our Recreation Department which has now resulted in our Diamond user fees being almost doubled from $16,000 dollars last year to $25,000 dollars this year, one of our bingo halls in town has closed so the bingos at the remaining halls have been stretched out even thinner resulting in us losing 13 bingos a year (our largest fundraiser), OUCH. So at $99 a head for registration that means I only need about another 250 kids to play and with usual registration far less than that, well you know what I'm getting at.
So much for it all being for the kids in the community.
Well enough belly aching, here's my question......
Does anyone out there have any creative suggestions to raise money to help pay for this huge increase? Legal suggestions please, thought I better ad that, LOL.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
