2117's were _THE_ recommended shaft at one. They are almost the identical in weight and spine.

I shoot an older Exocet (1994 model). The recommended setup back then was 2117 shafts with 125 gr. broadheads. That is what I still shoot.

I currently shoot a combination of arrows 2117 , 2216 , and ThunderBolts. All are accurate and all hit the same point of impact.
