NO! and at that price and the number of pieces that could bend or break or get out line, I'd get Robin Allen xbow before I went that way.

Not 100% sure, but I believe I read a thread on another forum where someone had bought one of them and had major problems. When he tried to get warranty service it seems the manufaturer could not be contacted, and the US rep was giving him the runaround. Wish I could find the thread to be sure it was the same bow.

No point taking that to a Pro shop. You'd need a machanic.

Here is a post from archery talk about this bow.

If anyone can help me find this crook I would appriciate it. A am doing this for a very good friend of mine, Carl Henderson of A Shot in the Dark in Angola, IN.

Here is the story.

At the 2005 ATA show in Indy, Carl purchased two crossbows from Swiss Crossbow Makers at their booth. Carl paid in full and has a receipt. After several months the first of the crossbows arives at the shop with a note that the second one would soon follow. Upon setting up the first bow, Carl noticed the limbs were twisted so he called the U.S. Distribution place in Sedona, AZ. He was promised a new set of limbs and a status update on his second bow. Since that phone conversation, Carl has not heard anything on the limbs or the second bow. That was in the spring of 2005. Carl has left countless voice mails at the US distribution and the Swiss head quarters, but no one has contacted him. He's to the point that he is ready to drive to Arizona (from Indiana) and find this guy.

I've called the Arizona number and left several voice mails. I've also called and emailed Switzerland. But as of now I get no feedback.

Can anyone help my buddy Carl out?

Here is the info I have.

Swiss Crossbow Makers - U.S. Distribution

Registered address is to a Cocoon Box LLC
I found two addresses for the same name and number.
2410 Sanborn Drive and 215 Birch Blvd.
Sedona, AZ 86336

Phone is (928)203-4025
Fax is (928)203-4566

Anyone help me find this crook?!?!?!?!

Thanks!

Derek

Here is a link to the thread about the swiss bow from Archery Talk. It does not sound like a company I would want to deal with.

I don't know why anyone would buy a bow like this, its only 370 fps, a Excalibur Exomax is 350 fps, 20 fps slower.

I might be mistaken but I think the draw length of that bow would
make it illegal to hunt deer, moose, or turkey in Ontario, besides that
it goes completely against the excellence of simplicity . If you know
what I'm talking about.
