What height for scope mounts??

I have the Excalibur scope rail and plan on ordering a VariZone scope soon.

I have a bunch of Weaver rings on hand from other guns which I am not using.

What height are the rings sold by Excalibur? Low, Medium, High?

I probably have them already but would like to know what Excalibur sells/recommends, or what you all use.

The rings I got with my varizone scope package look to be low. The scope sits high above the rail as it is as the mounting bracket is high. So try low if you have them.
