Removing Gold Tip nocks

I cannot get the nocks out of my GT II's, I tried screwing a field tip into the nock and heating it up. I was finally able to pull it out with a lot of effort, however the end of the bolt was warped. Any other suggestions before I warp all my bolts or give myself a hernia.

put a fieldtip in a pair of vise grips and heat it up then quickly screw it into the nock and pull for all your worth, you may have to repeat till it comes out.
