This works real well. Go to hdwe store, get a 6" length of 8-32 threaded rod. Put about 2" in a vise, screw arrow on, heat rod away from arrow w/ propane torch while pulling gently. They come right out.

ok, so you heat the rod about 1-2inchs from the nock right? I see where rich heated the bolt which didnt do so well..

im sure it doesnt take long for the heat to go down the rod into the nock peice

I didn't heat the bolt, only the field point and pulled like hell. Maybe I heated it for to long, but that thing took every bit of muscle I had. I'll try heating the tip and then screwing it in. I had to waste another bolt though if it doesn't work.
