BOLT TESTING WEEK SOME REAL SURPRICES !!

Post by GREYWOLF »

I decided to do a flat out comparison between BEMAN THUNDERBOLTS and GOLD TIPS LAZER II. First there is a GPI diff, froim the start. GOLD TIPS have a 8.2 GPIand a 22/64"dia.
The BEAMANS have a 10.5 GPIand also are a 22/64" dia
which means a 20" arrow weighs without inserts & vanes is a s follows
GOLD TIP ]=164 grains
BEMAN )= 219 grains
Add in inserts fronrt and rear pluss 100 gr, fielsd points ??
well beaman has more weighjt and more K.E. . and flight patterns are bot H ghreat, the BEAMON has morre KE , botH PREOPRM GREAT AND ARE DEADLY OUT TO 55 YARDS ,AS FAR AS I CAN TELL YOU LOOSE NOTINMG
WITH EITHER COMBO""AS LONG AS YOU CAN HIT YOUR TARGRT .iLL um ALL feed the freezer !!

Have been using the Beemans they fly to the same point of impact as my 2216/2117 's. The best part is that the Beemans do not bend.

According to Beman, the front insert weighs 43 grains and the rear 37.

My X-Bow came with Gold Tip Laser-2 and every one of them but 2 the inserts have come out. What size of inserts do they take, also what is the best to keep them in. :?:

I've tried both, the Beamens are $2.oo cheaper and for my Paradox the extra wieght is a bonus. At 30 yards I can robin hood one out of 10 shots or at least shave the others flechs.
