Question about Dissapator bars?

I have a Phoenix with the dissipator bars and was wondering if anyone knows how far one is supposed to screw in the two bolts on each bar that hold the yoke(sic)? I have had this bow since March of this year and noticed today that one of the bolts worked loose. I screwed it back in and measured the others and made them all the same length, only problem, I don't know what that is supposed to be!

There's a rubber pad under the crosspiece (yoke). Just keep the screws even and snug them down. The rupper pad should be compressed slightly, but not crushed.
