With a smile like that , them gators probably swam up and just laid their heads over in the boat ! Nice pics . What do you do with the " lizards " ?

We take them to a processor to skin them so we can get the hides tanned. My daughter and wife are going to get some purses etc. made. There is plenty of meat that comes off them as well, mostly from the tail. We also had the heads mounted, keychains made out of their claws, and a very unique pen and pencil holder for my office made out of one of their back legs.

Daughter shot 2 Dad 1. No bait involved, you do your best to sneak up on them at night and hope you can get close enough for a shot before they go under (which can be for a very long time)
