My first prey with crossbow!!!

Post by Matthias72 »

Hey guys!
I have got friday morning my first shoot in crossbow-hunting: a nice 5 years fallow deer 160 pounds.
I have done a very good shoot, 60 yards distance!!!
The recovery has been only at 40 yards.
Thanks Bill for your crossbows! (And thanks Mum for my great aim! :D  )

Congratulations, fine looking deer. I was out last night and I saw 11 deer but they were all does except for one spike buck. The season is still young so my 12 year old and I are holding out for now, but I have to admit it sure is exciting seeing them. :D
