been hunting an area were i've seen good deer movement but just have not been able to connect.

this is me after about 3 hrs of waiting..i was blinded after that flash went off :shock:

this is the new place i plan on going too. hung this stand about a month ago. to the right is ceader thickets and then a wood lot to the left with scattered white oak. behind the stand you can see where the field opens up.

Hey splittoe, the weather turned off warm up this way. We need some chilly mornings to get them moving eh!, I mean ya'll(been hanging around these Canadians too much!)

Splittoe,

If you are seeing deer, why move? They will come within range eventually. The smart ones never place thier tracks in the same place twice.

the deer are moving in and out of this area, had placed this stand due to trails but just didn't want to change yet hoping they would come in closer :?

live and learn i guess, better to set out there and watch them though than set in the patrol car all day :wink:

that is the reason i'm not hunting now...had to be in the 80's over here..eeehhh! :lol: :lol: they do kind of rub off on ya...but i would not think we could find any better neighbor :wink:
