in ontario the reg's are..... arrows for vertical bows must be a minimum of 600 mm (23.6 in) in length with a minimum 22 mm (0.87 in) wide arrow head, with at east 2 cutting edges that are sharp, unserrated, barbless, straight and made of steel..... for crossbows the reg's are the same but the minimum arrow length is 300 mm (11.8 in).....
oops... forgot the draw weight stuff.... vertical bows.... minimum 22 Kg (48.5 lbs) for moose and 18 Kg (39.7 lbs) for deer.... crossbows.... minimum 54 Kg (119 lbs) for moose and 45 Kg (99.2 lbs) for deer....
