I looked at alot of range finders and I decided to buy the Bushnell Yardage Pro Scout and I really like it. It is simple to use and very compact. ![Very Happy :D](./images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif)

I have a Nikon and a Bushnell, like the Nikon a little better, more compact and more accuate.

Nikon is more of a name brand and team realtree has their name on it. Bushnell is a namebrand also but Nikon seems to want 50-100buks more for their models. I woulda got the Nikon if it was more around 159-170 though.Maritimer wrote:I looked at alot of range finders and I decided to buy the Bushnell Yardage Pro Scout and I really like it. I opted for the same you did.. 169bucks and easy to use. Works well!

I've been having this debate myself and came up with "neither" on my decision. Liked the Nikon's accuracy and optics - didn't like the 8x when trying to hold it on target. The Bushnell was a little bulkier (still nice sized) but thought it was a little slow in getting a readout. I've decided to wait and see what the future brings before buying - but I already have an older model Bushnell, you may not have that option...
