Yip!! that's how I do mine. Except I usually take parts off and lay it down on the table and debone it. Cut up 4 deer this fall like that. Sure beats paying a butcher. Thanks again for the video.

You guys are making me hungry!!!
It really is easy and each time you do it you get quicker. Takes me about 4 hours from the first cut to tossing it all in the freezer.
I hunt for memories, the meat's a bonus!
