Yip!! that's how I do mine. Except I usually take parts off and lay it down on the table and debone it. Cut up 4 deer this fall like that. Sure beats paying a butcher. Thanks again for the video.

I just burned a couple of cd's of that how to butcher a deer. Plays in both cd and dvd. Thanks Pineyriverbuck.

Great video - thanks for sharing! Can't wait to give it a try myself - I've always paid to have my deer processed - not going to happen anymore...

You guys are making me hungry!!!

It really is easy and each time you do it you get quicker. Takes me about 4 hours from the first cut to tossing it all in the freezer.
I hunt for memories, the meat's a bonus!
