I got a reply from NAP
Tyler,

I’ll have a replacement head sent out to you. The only time we see this happening is if the broadhead is not absolutely tight against the arrow insert. This little gap will cause a stress point….

I would say that it is good customer service. I can also see where what they say about not being tight could cause this to happen. Tye I am not saying that was the reason for your head failure just that I can see a loose head causing a failure like you had.

Yeah I can see it causing a failure. I always make sure my heads are tight, every shot, even my fieldpoints. So I don't think that was the issue. I just think it was some random wierd thing that happened. Oh well. They're kind enough to send me a replacement. Without even asking to see my picture. :?

I think I just might end up using an NAP head for my moose trip next year :)
